about a detective fighting a man who likes drugs instead
of chocolates and somebody you can NOT borrow money from. Rated R
for Violence and Language. I want John McTiernan or Ridley

1 NIGHT NEW YORK CITY

We see the towering buildings of Manhattan and the hundreds of cars passing by the title: "JUSTIN PIERCE" will suddenly flash onto the screen. Overhead camera will get a shot of Detective Justin Pierce walking on an alley. And three civilians about to cross that same alley.

CUT TO:

A car and a van rush on the avenue and a taxicab clearly followed behind the two vehicles. A woman and a man walk towards an alley in the avenue with a kid anmed Alec bringning a map. Age 11 Caucasian


MAN
Keep that away Alec, we look like toursists

ALEC
Were going the wrong way!

MAN
I know where we are going

A gun wielding attacker walked toward the man and asked for his wallet, before that he knocked him with the revolver he was holding and MAN fell on the ground the woman shouted, then out of the alley a man wearing black pants and a leather coat draws his GLOCK 22 0.40 Caliber Pistol and fired to the attacker from behind hitting the lower part of the lung. The attackers henchman attempted to attack the man with the automatic pistol but our hero punched henchman in the face hurling him toward the dumpster. The hero is the man WE saw earlier, Detective Justin Pierce

Richard Daniels serves a big man who orderd burly beef.
He goes home and pays his apartment's rent. He borrowed 6000 dollars from the restaurant owner. John Oliver Valley.

15A EXT OUTSIDE OF RESTAURANT 7 AT NIGHT

Daniels talks to his friend Bill, his friend.

BILL
Dick, can I borrow 2 bucks .

DANIELS
Im short, Bill.

BILL
(nods)

DANIELS
Hey I have to continue my shift 'be done at 9, Thanks

BILL
Uh huh

16 INT RESTAURANT SAME NIGHT

Linda, the waitress rushed to serve a demanding man a coke and bumped Daniels accidentally with the coke spilling on his purple shirt, his apron was stained…

DANIELS
Fuck! Watch it!

LINDA
Ahhh shit sorry Dick.

DANIELS
Yeah, right

19 EXT. NIGHT 2 HOURS LATER

Daniels finished his shift and makes his way out.

Daniels is bringing a back pack on one arm then suddenly CUT TO:

Restaurant after an instant PAN TO THE LEFT. CLOSE UP of Daniels shirt and PAN ABOVE to his face. The stain was still present but he was lucky it got caught by his apron WE HEAR: Music begins to pulse when he is walking near an alley, then through the large window of another restaurant

20 INT RESTAURANT SAME MOMENT

Linda talked to the guy on the bar tenders outfit

LINDA
I hope it came off Richard's shirt

GUY
(laughs) Son of a bitch!

21 EXT SAME MOMENT

CLOSE UP of a Beretta 92F Pistol pointed to Daniels chest. PAN on Daniels running through the restaurant window we saw earlier and the Beretta being held by a gunman fired onto Daniels back, he fell toward the restaurant window it did NOT break but blood splattered all over it.

23 EXT NIGHT OUT OF THE RESTAURANT

The police arrive due to an anonymous report that a murder took place John Grieco and Justin Pierce walk to the scene. John Grieco sees the opaque layer of blood covering the window of the restaurant just about 67 meters from where Richard Daniels used to work.


GRIECO
Fuck me!

Justin and Grieco continue to walk but Justin looks more serious. But a more familiar but mad person heading toward Pierce, his name is Bill.

PIERCE
187 huh.

BILL
Listen man I just came because I heard Dick got shot man.

Wait, you know this guy?

BILL
You damn right I know!---Rick just work on that restaurant over there! (pointing to the restaurant across) No one dont have to kill him man!
Aw fuck!!!!!!!

24 INT RESTAURANT AFTER 3 MINUTES

Justin and Grieco go to the restaurant and talked to Bill, three minutes have passed but Justin Pierce did all the talking and Bill did all the answering


PIERCE
You swear no one has a grudge on this Daniels friend of yours.

GRIECO
Any surveillance at all?

BILL
I swear-NONE!

PIERCE
(To Grieco)
Listen, Ill talk to their boss, see what he knows about Daniels.

The Justin goes to Linda, the waitress who bumped Daniels earlier.

PIERCE
I wanna talk to your boss

LINDA THE WAITRESS
No---

PIERCE
I want to talk to him God Damn it!

LINDA
His not here!

PIERCE
Whats his name?

LINDA
John Oliver Valley, his a very wealthy man an has nothing to do with the murder right now. You cant just bother the man, he has tough bodyguards.

24 B INT SAME TIME SAME PLACE

Justin talked to the guy with the bar tender's outfit-his name is George.

PIERCE
Sir, I am Detective Justin Pierce Im from Manhattan and you are…

GUY WITH THE BAR TENDERS OUTFIT
George, I-Im George.

PIERCE
You knew any of the gunmen who commited the homicide, minutes ago, George?

GEORGE
No, Detective, but I saw the killing, those two gunmen were carrying some sort of 9 milimitre pistols. I was dumping the left overs when suddenly I heard some very loud crack.

25 EXT THE FOLLOWING NIGHT SIDEWALK IN THE CITY

Robert Daniels is a photo journalist, his brother Richard works on a restairant
On down town. He hasn't seen his brother in a week and his brother had problems, he needed 6000 dollars for paying his house. Even if Bob is not broke he does NOT have that enough money to share. Bob is walking to his office now, and its so tiresome bringing those pictures on a large opaque brown envelope, he sees a man on a leather jacket bringing a 9mm pistol of some sort and fireds in on his head, Bob falls on the floor and dies. It looked like the same guy who shot Richard Daniels the night before.

27 B THAT NIGHT

Justin Pierce and John Grieco AGAIN are called to the scene of the murder, the two cops are confused why will anyone want to kill two ordinary perople and who are brothers. Pierce and Grieco find out that the bullet that blew Bob Daniels head was also a nine millimiter.

Bobs boss in the Newspaper company is Jonathan Cobb, he has a mustache and his hair is white, age about 65.

John Grieco interviews Jonathan Cobb,


JONATHAN COBB
Yeah he was a bringing a Beretta

GRIECO
Sure?

COBB
Im the motherfucking boss of this company and I know a lot about guns.

GRIECO
Did Robert Daniels notice you when you were walking?

COBB
No.

Bill was called and came to the scene of the murder, he talks directly to Justin Pierce.

BILL
These two guys have been doing something.

PIERCE
What?

BILL
Drugs, shit I don't know!

PIERCE
You knew Robert Daniels, right?

BILL
Yes, but Im still mother fucking pissed why someone wanted to kill Dick, but Bob? Ahh I know him


JUSTIN PIERCE
(to Grieco)
Were gonna keep an eye on this case, alright?

GRIECO
(casually)
Uh huh.

28 INT POLICE DEPARTMENT NEXT DAY

RUSSO
Yo Grieco, Justin, we got a robbery at TARBELLS BOTIQUE, several armed men!

29 EXT AVENUE ON TARBELLS BOTIQUE

Justin Pierce and John Grieco get out of the car, insatnly both men drew their Glock pistols and Justin Pierce fired 4 times and the agile suspect running opposite him and finally hit him at the 5th shot. Justin Pierce shot another suspect but this time once and quickly in the head, the suspect fell on his knees. Three more to go, Grieco keeps shooting but always missed! The third suspect is hiding behind the car and keeps firing a pistol to the two cops, Justin Pierce fired his gun toward the gas tank and the car exploded with a dark and brown layer of smoking almost blinding the panicked civilians.

And Piece shot another suspect in the chest and the guy fell down.
The last suspect enterd the glass door of the Botique without breaking it, Justin Pierce got a burning metal fragment of the blown car and tossed it to the glass window of the Botique breaking it, LONG SHOT of the flying fragment. Then the piece of metal struck the last suspect directly on the neck and killed him. PAN to the right and QUICLY ZOOM TO: Justin Pierce standing on his right with John Grieco at his left. Our hero quickly runs toward the criminal, grabed the flaming metal piece again and struck him in the head just to be sure…in this shot the

30 INT POLICE DEPARTMENT AFTER 2 HOURS

Justin Pierce and John Grieco are on the police headquarters again.

GRIECO
Anything on the murder of Dick and Bob Daniels?

RUSSO
None

RUSSO
But we might know how to talk to that restaurant owner, I just got a tip on where they live.

JUSTIN PIERCE
Really, where?

GRIECO
(Voice Over and sound of a car)Where are we going?

32 INT JUSTIN PIERCE CAR NIGHT

Justin Pierce and John Grieco are inside a car.

JUSTIN PIERCE
Were going to that restaurant.

You know what he looked like?

GEORGE
No, but he had a nine millimeter gun, that's what I know.

JUSTIN PIERCE
(smiling)But youll know what he looks like if Ill bring him to you?

GEORGE
Exactly. Ill know.

The two cops head for the newspaper company that Daniels brother used to work on.

JUSTIN PIERCE
You knew the face of that guy of killed Richard-uh Robert Daniels right?

COBB
Yes, I know.

Justin Pierce, John Grieco and Cobb rode the car, and Justin Pierce went toward the place George directed him to…

(to Cobb)

(to Justin Pierce)

48 EXT NIGHT WHEN THEY GET OUT OF THE CAR

LONG SHOT A man with a thick leather jacket approached the tall apartment right on the side walk. The two cops observed and walkd toward him

GRIECO
(flashing his badge)We have to detain you for a while sir, for everybodys own good!

MAN
Im not bringing any guns!

JUSTIN
Yeah, man I know just be cool

Then the man suddenly drew a nine millimeter pistol and fired hastily but missed the two detectives he was about to kill. Justin Pierce drew his Glock and fired and hit the side of the mans jacket but never injured him, the man runs toward a building and Grieco fires his weapon also. The shot missed also, Grieco kicked the wall

GRIECO
(kicking the wall) Fuck!

JUSTIN PIERCE
At least now we know he's from here…well come back tomorrow!

COBB
(gets out of the car and panics and runs toward the two police officers)
Holy shit, what happened!

Justin Pierce saw a body guard of Valley about to shoot him with a Heckler and Koch 9mm but he drew his Glock and kills the man right away.

Men with guns surround the two cops and Justin Pierce talked directly to Valley sitting on the table. GREAT PHOTO OP (Maybe a lunchbag of new drugs on the table)

What about Richard Daniels and Robert Daniels?

VALLEY
Ah fuck…Dick took 6000 from us, cant pay his rent he didn't give it to us for about a long time.

JUSTIN PIERCE

VALLEY
Chocolate Kisses, yes you know it!

Justin Pierce immediately drew the Glock and slamed it to Valleys face and the cigarrete Valley was smoking falls off. One of the henchman grabed Justin Pierce. Grieco shot the head of Man # 1. -----WE ONLY SEE: The blast from Griecos gun and then Justin Pierce running away. Valley disappeared.

156 INT VALLEYS HOUSE NIGHT

WE SEE: Justin Pierce throwing a chair toward the Number 2 and the chair falls down together with the guy.

157 EXT NIGHT WINDOW

WE SEE: Number 2 falling off the window.

158 INT GARAGE OF VALLEY

There is a Lambhorgini , red in the garage, Number 3 prepared it. Then MEDIUM SHOT: Justin pointing the Glock towards OUR CAMERA.

CUT TO:

159 INT ANOTHER PART OF THE HOUSE

WE HEAR:(A loud bang of gunfire) But Valley prepares with another Heckler and Koch rifle…three other henchmen with guns are there.

160 EXT GARAGE

When Valley goes to the garage. Justin Pierce attempted to run him down with the Lambhorgini. Valley ran quickly out of the gate of his house. Then he shot Grieco on the arm and Grieco fell on a post, his automatic pistol flew away from him. Valley is tired now. Justin Pierce made a spin and hit Valley with the car, making him fly to another post right in front of Grieco. Then Justin Pierce got out of the car.
Valley pointed the gun to Grieco and Grieco drew his back-up revolver and killed Valley.

161 EXT THAT NIGHT

Backup arrived and The Three other henchmen were arrested. Valley was really one of those wealthy drug dealers.

162 EXT. DAY NEW YORK DOWNTOWN

Russo is talking to Justin Pierce about a newspaper stand.


RUSSO
(To Justin Pierce)
Yeah, yeah, yeah the newspaper stand

GRIECO
(Still in bandages)
Shit, Justin you have cigarette?

Justin Pierce is walking to Times Square New York and Grieco is also there.
